Peter Giarratano has broad experience in managing tax consulting and compliance projects involving domestic and international tax issues. In addition,he has extensive experience assisting business owners in managing their income tax burden including the preparation of business income tax returns, tax audits and management of tax calendars. He has been involved in acquisitionrelated tax services including due diligence reviews, and has provided advice and assistance regarding tax planning in asset and stock acquisitions.

He holds an LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University Of Bridgeport School Of Law, a J.D. from the Pace University School of Law, and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Herbert H. Lehman College, with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a license to practice law in the state of Connecticut.

Peter is actively involved in the community, holding various board positions.
